Restoration and renovation

The apartment is at the top of a beautiful 1894 building. It is rich on details and quality solutions all the way through.
Two smaller apartments was joined into one whole, that fulfills today’s need.
It is an important assignment to expose the beauty and the qualities that the specific apartment beholds. In this case the beams becomes visible, niches becomes useful for storage and it becomes more spacious and light. The qualities of the different light settings is of great value to the top apartment. It was important to preserve the round windows, top lights, panorama windows towards the west.
We keep the original windows and place a new indoor windows. (The glass is more beautiful than newly produced window glass)
The carrying center wall is opened up in strategic places for more light. Two bathrooms is established. One in the old maids room, where a new master bedroom is placed. Materials: Beech floors, HTH kitchen, Höganäs Tiles and Ifö elements.
